Hospital deliveries
When ordering your Baby Batches baby hamper for delivery to a hospital, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT MUM IS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL and that you also have the correct name for Mum. Also please make sure you have the right hospital (eg. either Private or Public) as this can sometimes cause a re-delivery fee if we are given the wrong information.
Baby Batches will charge a re-delivery fee if it is the wrong name or if Mum has already left hospital.
Additional and important delivery information
- Baby Batches uses Fastway Couriers and Go Logistics for Sydney Metro
- A signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign and accept our Baby Batches gift box, the courier company will leave a calling card. The recipient will have to contact the courier to arrange delivery. If the courier is not contacted for re-delivery within 5 days, the Baby Batches gift box will be returned to us and the customer will be charged a re-delivery courier fee.
- The delivery timeframe stated in the table above is based on Business Days (eg. Monday to Friday). Our courier company does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- A re-delivery fee will be charged for incorrect address details, so please make sure you have the correct details to avoid an additional delivery charge.
- For all remote, country and bulky items, an additional charge may apply. Baby Batches will inform you if a surcharge is applicable and we will let you know this before sending the Baby Batches baby hamper.
- Please also note for remote and country areas, the Baby Batches gift box may be required to be forwarded onto Australia Post and then delivered to the Local Post Office for collection.
