If you use this website and/or place an order with Baby Batches, you are agreeing to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions listed below and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website and your order. These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time by Baby Batches without notice.
Orders
No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received by Baby Batches.
Baby Batches will supply the exact products as listed on our website and ordered subject to Baby Batches Terms and Conditions. We make every effort to have stock of all advertised products available at all times. However, should certain stock not be available and we cannot supply that item, Baby Batches will replace that item with a similar item of equal or greater value.
All sizes for clothes for the baby boxes are listed on the website. We cannot change sizes for these boxes.
Delivery

Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and accurate delivery details to Baby Batches (Delivery Details). If the customer provides Delivery Details which are not correct, including providing hospital Delivery Details where the recipient of the delivery is no longer placed, the customer will incur a re-delivery fee. For the avoidance of doubt, Baby Batches will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the order once it is delivered in accordance with the Delivery Details provided.
Baby Batches will do our best to deliver by the advertised delivery times on our delivery page. If we are unable to deliver in the advertised delivery timeframe (as per our delivery page), Baby Batches is not liable and it is not a failure of our agreement nor does it entitle cancellation of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Baby Batches if an order has not arrived. Baby Batches will take reasonable measures to follow up with courier companies to locate the order.
Baby Batches does not deliver on public holidays or weekends.
Product Descriptions
Baby Batches have relied on descriptions of all products listed from our suppliers. Whilst we have aimed to be accurate in our descriptions of all products listed, to the maximum extent permitted by law we do not warrant that all product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete, current or free from error.
Baby Batches has carefully managed the colours of the products presented in the images on this website to assist in the accurate display of the true colours of the products. Colour reproduction can vary when viewing colours on your screen.
Cancellation of order
We cannot accept cancellation of any order once goods have left our premises or once payment has been accepted for any product under any circumstances.
Alcohol
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. Baby Batches is unable to supply and dispatch alcohol to a person under the age of 18.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
To the extent permitted by law, Baby Batches does not exchange goods or accept return of goods. Our courier company will take every precaution to deliver your ordered goods intact, however, if there is a breakage on delivery, please contact Baby Batches within 24 hours upon delivery. Baby Batches does not refund.

Your privacy is important to us. Baby Batches will keep all of your personal details confidential and secure. All of your personal details are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL Certificate so purchasing through our shopping cart is safe and secure.
